I am in my 8th year of teaching 2nd grade at Brookhill Elementary.

I was born in Los Angeles, CA and moved to Alabama when I was a young girl.  I consider Athens my hometown.  I graduated from Clements High School in Limestone County.

I am married to Victor Duncan and we have three precious daughters; Rebecca, Paige, and Anna Grace; a wonderful son-in-law, Nick, and a granddaughter, Abigail, who is 4 years old.

I love animals!  Living at my house is a Shih Tzu named Aubie and 2 cats, Zoey and Callie. We have added a set of twin American Cocker Spaniels named Moose and Maggie Pearl. They are wild and crazy and keep us very entertained. 

My favorite place to visit is the BEACH!  I love to be around water and sun, so we take several trips a year to Florida. My family has a river house that we use alot in the summer.  I like to ride jetskis and relax in the sun.  It is a great place to read, which is one of my favorite hobbies.

Our family loves football, but we are a house divided!  Some are Alabama fans and some are Auburn fans.  I am both!
